McKay Project

This project I applied a distressed black finish to kitchen cabinets... as well as guest bath and master bath. I also applied a brushed metallic silver finish to fireplace mantle and painted main areas of townhouse.

Pricing Clarifications

I provide a free one-hour initial consultation and estimate.
No color consultation or sample boards will begin until a booking deposit has been received.
A deposit of 50% of project quote is required for booking. Half of this is non-refundable. Should the client cancel the project prior to starting, one-half of deposit is refundable minus hours and materials applied to that point. Remainder of contract is due immediately upon completion of project. Should the project encompass more than one room, as each room is finished the balance of price for that room is due.
The quoted price includes up to three (3) sample boards if required. Any additional boards are priced accordingly and payable in advance. All sample boards remain the property of James E. Wilcox. Sample boards will not be loaned out.
Upon booking, the client will be scheduled and given a tentative start date.
